PEARL, Miss. (MEMA) – The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency continues to work with counties impacted by the severe weather on March 4, 2025. The National Weather Service has confirmed 2 tornadoes (Wayne County EF-2, George County EF-1) touched down on March 4th. Three deaths (Clarke County (1), Madison County (2)) and seven injuries (Madison County (3), Wayne County (4))have been reported to MEMA. Statewide, counties have reported 14 homes, and 6 farms received damage.
The following counties have submitted FINAL damage reports to MEMA. These counties report damage to homes ranging from affected to destroyed.
- Clarke – 2 homes
- Harrison – 1 home
- Madison – 2 homes
- Perry – 2 homes
- Warren – 1 home
- Wayne – 6 homes, 6 farms
